Hello, my name is Maria. My role is Intake and Shift Coordinator with Wafii Mental Health Services. I enjoy accepting new clients into our team and assisting them with their NDIS plans, as well as ensuring I arrange the right support workers for their daily needs. I follow up on regular feedback with all Clients and Support Workers to improve the quality of service for the whole team. I also enjoy challenges, problem-solving, and providing the highest level of care to achieve the best possible outcome for all our participants.
